Jacob holds an M.B.A. and is a certified public accountant (CPA IL). Tal brings over 25 years of experience as a real estate appraiser and serves as a director and member of investment committees in various public bodies and companies. In his public role, Tal served as the Chief Government Appraiser under three governments from 2011 to 2017, a challenging period in the field of housing shortages in Israel.

Tal led the valuation of all real estate transactions for the Government of Israel and its subordinate bodies. Under his management, approximately 300 professionals conducted tens of thousands of property valuations, with an annual total value of 45-50 billion NIS.

Tal is considered a leading authority in appraisal and real estate, influencing government actions, Knesset decisions, and legislative processes.

On former plantation lands in western Rehovot, 1,200 housing units have been rezoned for the establishment of a new and vibrant residential neighborhood.

The neighborhood will connect to Route 411 via a dedicated interchange, providing convenient access to both the Tel Aviv metropolitan area and the Jerusalem metropolitan area. This is the beauty and potential of the city of Rehovot – a blend of intimacy and quality alongside a prime location in the heart of Israel.

At the very heart of the neighborhood, Adams has acquired a 1.1-dunam plot to construct approximately 39 housing units in a 9-story building.

Currently, we are advancing through the permitting and planning stages, and within about a year, marketing will begin for an exclusive, intimate, and high-quality boutique building at the center of a growing and flourishing new neighborhood.

Lev HaIr Ma'alot

At the heart of Ma’alot stands an old commercial center on approximately 11 dunams of land, with 5,000 square meters of neglected commercial buildings dating back several decades. Adams sees enormous potential in this property for developing a residential, commercial, and office project that will transform the face of the city and the entire area.

Hand in hand with property owners, local authorities, and a leading team of professionals, Adams will establish “Lev Hair” in Ma’alot.

This project will include approximately 500 residential units, 2,500 square meters of office space, and a 6,000 square meter shopping and commercial complex.

The mixed-use concept of the project, combined with its stunning and innovative design, ensures that residents and visitors to Lev HaIr in Ma’alot will experience an international standard that enhances Ma’alot’s position as an anchor for the entire Upper Galilee region.

Katzrin – “Nehalim” Neighborhood (District 12)

Rarely do we encounter an opportunity to initiate a real estate project whose core values uniquely combine a business opportunity, vision, ideals, and a truly one-of-a-kind piece of land.
For us, this is the essence of the residential project in the “Nehalim” District – a creative endeavor aimed at strengthening the northern region and the Golan Heights, offering equal opportunity for home ownership to all, while generating high-quality financial value for investors and company shareholders.

The “District 12” plan brings to life the transformation of Katzrin from a local council into a major city in the Golan Heights. Nehalim is located adjacent to the new ground-level homes neighborhood (District 11) and faces a natural forest and views of the Sea of Galilee. This pristine, striking piece of land is surrounded by green hills and the untamed, characteristic nature of the Golan Heights.

Adams has purchased two plots for the construction of seven buildings containing a total of 93 housing units. Four of these buildings are located in the heart of the neighborhood, while the other three are on its outskirts, about 100 meters away, overlooking a magical nature reserve with stunning green landscapes. All apartments will feature balconies, private parking at ground level or on the pillar floor, and some will include personal storage rooms on a dedicated floor. The apartments will range from 3 to 5 rooms, including garden apartments and penthouses in every building.

Adams will offer residents of the district upgraded specifications – from public space planning to the finest finishing touches within each apartment.

The project’s planning is led by Eran Mebel Architects, one of the most esteemed and long-standing firms in northern Israel, bringing with it a wealth of experience and expertise in planning at both the macro and micro levels.

We often think of modernization and nature as opposites. In reality, our ability to integrate them and create connections is the true expression of progress. Modern life can coexist in harmony with the environment, leaving space for it and encompassing it. The project’s design principles preserved these values – open public spaces with unobstructed views of the Galilee nature, use of local materials, landscape development based on local vegetation, and pleasant colors that blend well with the surroundings.

In “Tchelet,” there are 79 housing units, including 12 duplexes, 142 sqm penthouses on one level, seven buildings with four apartments each – one apartment per floor, three buildings with eight apartments – two residents per floor, and three private villas.

Location
On the northern side of Ma’alot-Tarshiha, high above the ever-green and flowing Kaziv River, a new luxury Galilean complex is being built – “Tchelet” – offering residents a blend of all qualities.

On one hand, Ma’alot-Tarshiha is surrounded by stunning Galilean nature, and on the other, it is undergoing a planning transformation that positions it among the top-quality cities by all standards – with the arrival of the western branch of Highway 6 to the nearby Cabri junction, about a 10-minute drive from the project.

The “Tchelet” luxury complex is located in the Irisim neighborhood, divided by two internal streets with paths and pedestrian stairways between them, ensuring each building in the complex has an open line of sight to the magnificent landscape while maintaining maximum privacy. Within walking distance are the “Tzim Center” mall, the cultural center, the industrial area, an adjacent elementary school, kindergartens, and a community center.

The Architect
The creation of “Tchelet” involved the Rechter Prize-winning architectural firm “Schwartz-Besnosoff,” known for large-scale residential projects throughout the country and public buildings such as the new Air Force Museum, the library at Kinneret Academic College, and more.

The tradition of using local stone has always been upheld. Strength and warmth, stability and charm – these qualities are reflected in the project design and material selection, both in the homes and public areas. The building design incorporates natural stone cladding, reminiscent of the terraces and traditional Galilean construction, creating a contemporary and impressive multi-layered look.

Our project was initially defined as a “luxury complex,” primarily due to the location and topography characteristic of the plot where the houses will be built, followed by the planning.
